Boutique Hotel Suite Fit-Out

Custom furniture and millwork for 24 guest suites at a boutique hotel in South Beach. Each suite received a solid teak floating vanity, a custom wardrobe unit with mirror sliding doors, and a bedside unit — all finished in a natural oil and lightly wire-brushed teak.

The project required tight tolerances for pre-drilled wall-mount brackets and coordinated delivery in 3 phased shipments across 6 months to align with the hotel's rolling renovation schedule. All pieces passed hotel FF&E inspection without snagging.
